Booking Different Aged Children

If you have children that are in different age groups, please book them individually. If you would like to set up a full time, part time, or reoccurring appointment, please email contact@treefortdropin.com.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Because our spots fill quickly, we encourage families to reserve care as early as possible. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you need same-day or next-day care, please call the center directly. While our online reservation system closes 24 hours before the reservation time, we may still have openings.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. This allows us to offer your reserved spot to another family and ensures we can appropriately staff our classrooms.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will be billed in full unless a doctor's note is provided for the child who was scheduled to attend. The doctor's note must include the same date as the reservation. A doctor's note for one child does not waive cancellation fees for siblings.

No-Show Policy

If you do not call and do not arrive for your reserved time, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
